𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong expertise in both print and digital design. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of professional experience and a strong, diverse portfolio. Experience in on-set art direction will be considered a strong advantage, as this role requires translating creative concepts into impactful visual executions across multiple platforms.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Create original design concepts for print materials including packaging, posters, print advertisements, and collateral.
- Design digital assets for web, social media, email campaigns, and interactive applications.
- Develop and ensure consistency across all design applications.
- Collaborate with marketing, Visual Merchandizing, and content teams to understand project requirements and deliverables.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Conduct market research and analyze design trends to keep work fresh and competitive.
- Participate in photo shoots and on-set art direction to ensure visual cohesion with design concepts.
- Prepare files for production and manage the handoff to print and digital vendors.
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- Minimum 4 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in both print and digital design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience with design software for web (banners, ecom assets, Newsletters etc).
- Knowledge of print production processes including prepress, color management, and file preparation.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and collaborative skills.
- Professional portfolio demonstrating range and quality of work.
- Experience with art direction on film, photo, and video production sets.
- Familiarity with video editing and motion graphics software (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first design principles.
