🔹 Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
✔ 1–2 years of experience in call center, front desk, or patient service
✔ Strong communication skills in Bangla & English
✔ Ability to manage inbound & outbound calls professionally
✔ Good interpersonal and patient-handling skills
✔ Experience in appointment scheduling & follow-up coordination
✔ Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, Hospital Software preferred)
✔ Ability to work under pressure with responsibility and professionalism
