Position Overview
Position: Junior SQA Engineer (Full-time)
Location: Corporate Office, Dhaka
This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing comprehensive test plans, test cases, and testing scripts
- Performing functional, regression, sanity, and system testing for web and mobile applications
- Identifying, reporting, and tracking software defects
- Collaborating with developers and project teams to resolve issues
- Conducting API testing, database testing, and performance testing when required
- Working on automated testing frameworks to improve testing efficiency
- Providing feedback on usability, user experience, and overall system performance
- Continuously improving QA processes and suggesting enhancements
Required Qualifications and Skills

- 0–2 years of experience in software testing (manual and automation)
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing types, and SDLC
